Your Questions, Answered

Where is One Board Day Atlanta being held?

One Board Day Atlanta will take place at Clarkston International Bible Church in Clarkston, GA. This new venue is close to a couple restaurants and has an outdoor space that you can enjoy between games.

Are children welcome at One Board Day?

Absolutely! For us, gaming is a family affair. We previously offered childcare in 2024 and 2025. We will not have childcare available for this event, primarily to continue to keep the costs for this event low and affordable for the community. We’ll also have a number of children’s games in the library that are perfect for ages 4+ with staff on hand to help teach them.

Can I bring my own games?

Bring your favorites and feel free to teach others how to play. We’ll have a library of hundreds of games on hand that can be checked out during the event. Games will range from quick family-family games to heavier Euro games.

Will there be food at One Board Day?

Like last year, we’ll have snacks and drinks for sale at the event at a very reasonable cost so that you can keep gaming. There will be a food vendor available during our lunch time hours and two local vendors adjacent to the building. We are also within walking distance to a great Shawarma restaurant and Refuge Coffee. Feel free to bring your lunch back to the event and continue gaming.

Do you need volunteers?

Yes! We are looking for a handful of volunteers for One Board Day. Volunteers will commit to helping out for a total of 3-hours during the course of the day. We’re looking for help at the registration table, teaching “hot games”, assisting with game tournaments and other miscellaneous areas. Volunteers will receive free admission for the day in exchange for helping for 3-hours. If you are interested in volunteering, email us at contact@oneboardfamily.com today.

One Board Day was awesome! The board game selection was huge and having tutors there to explain the rules was a lifesaver.
