A day filled with games and fun events for the whole family. That’s what we call One Board Day!
Join us for our second annual event on Saturday September 13, 2025 in Atlanta, GA. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the world of board games, this event is perfect for everyone. Last year, we saw so many people connecting around the game table. This year, we want you gaming with us.
- $10 for all day admission
- $30 for a family of up to 5
- $40 for a VIP experience (t-shirt and Friday night gaming with staff and volunteers)
It was great to meet up with other board game enthusiasts outside of a big convention. Definitely had a more family feel to it.

Your Questions, Answered
Where is One Board Day being held?
Gospel Hope Church has been kind enough to host this event. The facilities offer a large gaming space, smaller breakout rooms, and child-care facilities. The address to the church is 47 Covington Highway Avondale Estates, GA 30002.
Are children welcome at One Board Day?
We’ll have child-care provided between the hours of 10 am to 5 pm. Children cannot be left at the event without a parent or guardian being present in the building. This is for children from the age of 12-months to 10 years old.
Can I bring my own games?
Absolutely! Bring your favorites and feel free to teach others how to play. We’ll have a library of hundreds of games on hand that can be checked out during the event. Games will range from quick family-family games to heavier Euro games.
Will there be food at One Board Day?
We’ll have water stations around the facility and a coffee station in the morning at the start of the day. We will also have snack items (healthy and not healthy) for sale in the lobby. Thanks for everyone’s feedback from last year.
Gospel Hope Church is located about 3 to 5 miles away from around a dozen food options. Last year, people would make food runs and bring their meals back to keep gaming.
Do you need volunteers?
Yes! We are looking for about a dozen volunteers for the day. Each volunteer will receive one free admission along with a One Board Day t-shirt. You will be responsible for a 5 hour “shift”. The rest of your time can be spent gaming and doing whatever you’d like. We need help in three key areas: teaching hot games, running the check-in table, and child-care.
